Su atemporalidad se deriva de un intenso proceso de reducci\u00f3n. Desde dise\u00f1os, filosof\u00edas y formas que se destilaron tan clara y rigurosamente que han sido capaces de resistir la prueba del tiempo. La reducci\u00f3n formal de los objetos, el amor por la geometr\u00eda, la desaparici\u00f3n de detalles superfluos\u2026 La Bauhaus, m\u00e1s que una insurrecci\u00f3n contra la ornamentaci\u00f3n y el exceso, fue una fuerza liberadora que reintegr\u00f3 el dise\u00f1o con sus ra\u00edces. Color, forma, escala: la Bauhaus descubri\u00f3 la geometr\u00eda hist\u00f3rica de la est\u00e9tica. Y una vez barrido el polvo de los siglos, a esta nueva generaci\u00f3n de artistas y artesanos se les ocurrieron formas de coherencia eterna. Puro, reducido, cl\u00e1sico&#8230; la Bauhaus describe una est\u00e9tica arcaica que se remonta a m\u00e1s de un siglo.
