General registration for design teaching centers<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The teaching centers that want to participate in the Meeting must proceed with this registration, which <u>gives access to the complete package of all of its activities<\/u>.<br \/>\n\u2013 Unlimited number of auditors<br \/>\n\u2013 Participants with presentations\/ papers from the registered teaching center (whether for presentations or for research forum and design)<br \/>\n\u2013 Networking<br \/>\n\u2013 Students\u2019 exhibition (see more details on the Rules for the 7th BID Meeting)<\/p>\n<p>NB: <em>The participating centers must agree to the <a href=\"http:\/\/bid-dimad.org\/septimoencuentro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/firmantes-encuentro.pdf\"><strong><u>Ibero-American Manifesto for teaching and design<\/u><\/strong><\/a> and must therefore sign it.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration fees for each center<\/strong>: \u20ac550\u00a0(including taxes, 21%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration period is closed<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"ts-gap-20 ts-gap-clear\" ><\/div>[\/vc_column_text]<a class=\"ts-button botones-formularios ts-custom-686305396 ts-color-custom ts-button-small\" href=\"http:\/\/services.codeeta.com\/widget\/v3\/69320?no_manifest=true\"><style type=\"text\/css\" scoped>.ts-button.ts-custom-686305396{background-color: ;}.ts-button.ts-custom-686305396:hover{background-color: ;}<\/style><span class=\"ts-button-title\">General registration form<\/span><\/a>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><div class=\"ts-gap-20 ts-gap-clear\" ><\/div><\/h2>\n<h2>2. Registration for participants in Teaching Experiences and for the R+D Forum<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Submission of presentations and\/or quick presentations from teachers of the registered centers.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Registration fees: free<\/strong>\u00a0(if the center has already paid the corresponding fee.) *NB:\u00a0Any<em> participant who wants a certificate or an individual qualification shall pay \u20ac25.<\/em><div class=\"ts-gap ts-gap-clear\" style=\"margin-top:8px;\"><\/div><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Submission of presentations and\/or individual and quick presentations.<\/strong> This term of registration is addressed to teachers whose centers are not registered in the Meeting, and gives the right to present a single proposal of presentation\/papers.<strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Registration fees: \u20ac150\u00a0<\/strong>(including taxes, 21%).<br \/>\n<strong>Registration fees for DIMAD\u00b4s partners: \u20ac75\u00a0<\/strong>(including taxes, 21%).<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Registration period is closed<\/strong><strong><sup><br \/>\n<\/sup><\/strong><br \/>\nNB: <em>All communications will be evaluated and accepted by the Meeting admission committee.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<a class=\"ts-button botones-formularios ts-color-default ts-button-small\" href=\"http:\/\/services.codeeta.com\/widget\/v3\/69357?no_manifest=true\"><span class=\"ts-button-title\">Teaching Experiences registration form<\/span><\/a>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>3.\u00a0Students\u2019 Exhibition registration<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is open to students who are currently studying design, regardless of specialty, and to those who graduated in year 2015 or thereafter. Auditors registration<\/h2>\n<p>Attendance of the conferences, the presentations or other activities is free of charge. Certificates of completion will be provided on request. In order to obtain one, you must complete the registration form, pay the corresponding amount and during the day of the corresponding activity, you should ensure that you sign the attendance register in the DIMAD office, otherwise you may address the partners\/organizers of the event.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"ts-gap-30 ts-gap-clear\" ><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>How to register?<\/h2>\n<p>The general inscription enrolment is formalized by completing the following form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General registration deadline: June 16<sup>th<\/sup>, 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Payment<\/h2>\n<p>While completing the registration form from the web platform; you may select payment by means of bank transfer or online payment, with a Visa card or a Master card.\u00a0<strong>The financial expenses and bank charges will be covered by the person who makes the payment<\/strong>. If the option chosen is by means of bank transfer, once\u00a0completed the corresponding electronic voucher must be sent within 4 working days following the enrollment date. You must send this voucher to this mail address only: <em>pagos@bid-dimad.org<\/em>. This is to cover shipping costs. As from the date stated, the cancellation of registrations will not be possible and no refunds of any type will be made.<\/p>\n<p>To ask for the reimbursement, you will have to send a written document signed by the person concerned to the following address: pagos@bid-dimad.org, attaching a copy of the proof of payment for the enrollment.<\/p>\n<h2>Certificates<\/h2>\n<p>Certificates validated by DIMAD and by the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid will be delivered.<\/p>\n<h2>Shipping of certificates<\/h2>\n<p>Once the Meeting has ended (and only at that time) the certificate of attendance will be sent by email and, as the case may be, the corresponding certificate of conducted presentation (presentation certificate\/ paper).<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text] 1.
