Master in Textile design at the Royal College of Art. Designer, she is a specialist and teacher in tissues and textiles at the Central Saint Martins, University of Arts in London, and she has been responsible of the subject of Tissues at the Falmouth University in Cornwell.
As a specialist and researcher in Textiles, Makeba interestes in the quality of textiles in the luxury sector and in the cultural value of fabrication. Makeba has been international consultant for textiles manufacturers for the improvement in sustainable practices and commercial production processes.
